Cost of sending a reminder.
To send an E-mail reminder it is free.
To send an SMS reminder we charge a small fee of £0.30 per SMS. It is up to the individual MOT station to charge the customer a price for a reminder. Most of our users charge £1.00 for a reminder and some send a reminder to their customers for free.
(Remember this reminder benefits both the customer so they don’t forget about their MOT and you the MOT station as you have a returning customer)
